Our collaboration began when Red Cross Denmark sought an effective way to manage SMS campaigns that allowed supporters to donate via text message. We responded by building a custom platform on Podio, streamlining their campaign management and making it easier for them to connect with donors.
What started as a single project soon blossomed into a deeper partnership. Red Cross Denmark found themselves in need of tools to manage their volunteer networks, as well as systems to streamline their marketing efforts. Once again, Podio proved to be a flexible and scalable solution. We worked alongside the organization to design workflows that enabled teams to submit marketing activities directly from their phones—a significant improvement over the previous system of email exchanges.
Together, we mapped out each step of the marketing process—from initial requests and asset creation to final approvals and scheduling—and integrated everything into a comprehensive marketing calendar. This seamless approach has empowered the organization to be more agile and responsive in their campaigns.
