Phases introduced Podio, a flexible, cost-effective platform, to centralize product information and streamline internal processes. What began as a PIM system soon became much more—Podio facilitated seamless collaboration across teams, supporting everything from initial product design to the final product launch. By customizing workflows to suit their needs, Normann Copenhagen gained a system that was both scalable and adaptable.
But our work didn’t stop there. We integrated Podio with their B2B website to allow customers to access personalized product data and pricing. To tie it all together, we connected Podio with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure financial data flows securely across their systems.

As Normann Copenhagen's needs evolved, so did our role. What began as a series of projects grew into a long-term, retainer-based relationship. Today, Phases continues to act as an extension of their internal team, with a dedicated technical lead who understands their platforms inside and out.
