Phases has a long history of working with the government of Greenland to deliver digital solutions that improve accessibility and service delivery. We’ve developed several key websites for residents and visitors, providing access to essential information and services. These platforms were built with Podio at the backend, allowing for streamlined workflows and efficient content management.
In 2024, Phases expanded its collaboration with Greenland's public sector by partnering with Kommune Kujalleq, the municipality located at the southern tip of Greenland, to develop their official municipal website. While many public sector websites in Greenland have recently migrated to Sitecore, Kommune Kujalleq was looking for an affordable alternative without the burden of expensive licensing fees.
After understanding their needs, Phases recommended migrating the website to Umbraco, an open-source platform. We successfully integrated Umbraco with Podio to manage dynamic content and enable seamless processing of forms, ensuring that the new website was both user-friendly and cost-effective.
